I've been tagged! Here are 7 weird/random things about me...

1. I am a HUGE High School Musical fan. I love both movies. If I wasn't so sore and huge from being preggers, I'd know all the dances by now too! I'm too cheap to pay full price for the dvds and cds, but every time its on tv or the radio I'm there. And if I wasn't so old (and cheap) I'd buy some HSM stuff...shirts, folders, valentines etc!!!

2. This one is for Angela...I love watching the Golden Girls too!! Thats hilarious.

3. I LOVE fabric stores. I think that is my favorite place to shop. I like to go there, get ideas from the fabric, and then get everything I need to make whatever I'm making all at one spot, (unless its Sally's, then you just get what you need there and get everything else from walmart because Sally's is way expensive!).

4. I am OCD about being on time. I don't like this about me at all. I drive Ryan nuts with this too. He is always on time, but I have to stress about it and go early just incase of traffic or some other delay. I have even cried because I was worried I'd be late to something. Seriously, what is wrong with me????

5. I don't like to cook. I know I'm such a disgrace to my excellent cooking mom, but I really don't like it that much. It is frustrating to spend hours on a new recipe and then it doesn't turn out. Such a waste of time. I would love to be a good cook, but I know I don't put enough time into it to actually learn something.

6. I still practice sight singing whenever I can. I love doing this and I guess I never really quit after college. There's nothing like finding a new line of music and sight singing. (I know I'm a nerd, oh well, might as well embrace it!)

7. I LOVE popcorn. Espescially movie popcorn with the butter layered, and then I go put more on it myself. If its not shamefully greasy its not right!

Happy Birthday Sis!!!!!

Just wanted to wish my awesome sister a super happy birthday!! And now 10 reasons why she is awesome.....

1. She is GORGEOUS!
2. She is SO talented.
3. She is an amazing cook. Seriously, YUM!!!
4. She is a SUPER MOM! So obvious when you see her awesome kids!!!
5. She's a great listener.
6. She is so much FUN to be with
7. She is super fashionable. Anything decent I wear is usually copied from my Sis. : )
8. Her laugh is both extremely cute and contagious.
9. She is a great teacher. I love listening to her lessons, and anything else she is teaching. She was my first piano teacher!
10. She is such a wonderful example to me. I've trying to be like her since I could remember, I don't know how I lucked out getting the best sister in the world, but I did, and I'm so grateful!!!!!

Seriously Wend, we need to take more pictures. Since we've had kids, these are the only ones I have. (okay, I do have a few others, but either one of us is pregnant, or just had a baby.....not posting those!!) I have tons of our kiddos together, but I guess we are always taking the pictures. I'm Lovin' all those hair styles though!!!

Family History

My mom sent this picture to us a while ago. We still think of it and crack up...thought I'd share.

It's a........BABY!!!!

We went to our ultrasound today. It was so fun to see the baby. Everything looks great, and the best news, my due date didn't get pushed back!!! My doctor "thinks" the baby is a boy, but we don't know for sure. Hopefully we will have more cooperation from him (or her) next month when we'll try again. The picture looks just like my other kids pics. (I'm sure most of these look a like, but still..), so either way we'll have another chubby cheeked Hooper coming in May.

I am extremely bummed that I really can't start all the shopping and sewing projects I have lined out. Maybe that's the babies gift to Ryan, to keep his mama from spending too much money just yet! We would love to hear any boy name suggestions you may have since we really haven't thought about them too much yet. Well, Ryan and I haven't, but the kids have three favorites....Thomas Jefferson, Gordon B. Hinkley, and George Bush! (We will have to think on those names...lol)

WooHooo!!!!

I can't help bragging a little on my awesome hubby. He had another patent issue today!! This makes three that have issued, and he still has three more that are pending right now. I'm super proud of him, and am sooooo lucky to have him. How in the world did I get a smartie like that??!

It's MRS. Mommy OK!!!

So its my turn to be one of Isaac's preschool teachers. I enjoy it, but for the next six weeks, my house is very preschoolish. My kids love having all the stuff there and playing school. Isaac was really funny though. He was excited for me to be his teacher and told me my name is now Mrs. Mommy. I thought that was sweet since they call their other teacher Mrs. But at preschool today, Isaac got a little cheesed because the other kids weren't calling me Mrs. Mommy, just teacher or Mrs. Misti. He corrected a few of them until he was too frustrated about it. It might be a long six weeks!
